Card Project

1. How does the design that you created demonstrate your knowledge of playing card design?

It demonstrates my knowledge of the playing card design because I copied the original design of the playing cards.

2. How would the rest of the deck look? What would you do for the other picture cards? Please describe in detail?

The rest of the deck would have the same white background. The symbols would be different athletes. For the picture cards I would make Alex Morgan the Queen card, and have the same layout for the other cards.

3. How does your design demonstrate your knowledge of adobe illustrator?

I used the rectangle tool to do the top of the card, I used command z and command v, and I also used the eyedropper tool.

4. What do you feel was the most challenging part of this project and why?

The most challenging part of this project was finding images for the picture cards that met the requirements, and were not realistic.

5. If you can change one requirements what would it be and why?

I would change the fact that we are unable to use realistic images because I found many nice, clear photos of Kristaps Porzingis that I felt would look good on the cards, but I was unable to use them.
